Recreational (Rec) Lacrosse - AYLC offers rec lacrosse options for boys and girls thru the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League. This level of lacrosse is for players at all levels who will be categorized by level of experience at one of three levels; A, B, or C (A being most experienced and competitive and C being more developmental). AYLC places rec teams at all levels at the 10U thru 14U age groups. Players will have the chance to play against other NVYLL affiliated clubs across Northern Virginia. Games are held on the weekends and practices are held twice weekly here in Arlington County.

House League - AYLC hosts a house league every Spring for boys at the 8U and 10U or Grade 1/2 and 3/4 for girls. This league is played on a modified field in a 6v6 format designed to develop player fundamental skills. This league is local to Arlington County. Boys play on Saturdays at Washington Liberty HS and girls play Sundays and Bishop O'Connell HS. 

Scoopers Program - Our Scoopers Program is designed for players aged 5 and 6 years old. This is a fun recreational program led by local parents who grew up playing the game and sharing the fundamental movements with their kids where they learn the game we loved playing.
